Hi @Mona8, you will need to contact AirBnB direct here. I've heard that the Twitter method gets a quick response but the number in Sweden (+46 844 68 12 34) should work as well. Hope you get it sorted out.

When you send me an initial booking enquiry, there are two e-mails inviting me to  accept/decline and to send a message for the client. Which is the most effective one?
