Guest Review

Hi,

my guest has left and really enjoyed their stay and want to write a review. They didn't get an invite to write it and are really struggling to understand how to do it. What can I do to help?

How long has it been since they left - it can take up to 2 or 3 days for an email to arrive. Or, it may have gone into their junk mail folder.

 

If they haven't received it they should contact AirBnB and as them to resend it.

 

In addition, it will appear as a notification in their messages - which gives them an alternative way of opening the review page.

Just to add to @Gerry-And-Rashid0 useful information here. They should also receive a 'Write a Review' prompt via their Airbnb account, if they go to their Notifications or Trips.
