Guest Verification

I am confused about the guest verification.  I had someone send an inquiry and when I went to their profile, they had a green verified check and below that it says that this person provided phone number.  I had someone else send an inquiry and under their green check it says that they provided Government ID, selfie, email address and phone number.  But if I click on the green check on the first person, it says that this person provided a government ID.  If that is the case, why is it not listed below like on the other person?

I think a lot of us are confused!

When I get a booking request from a guest, I've just been checking whether a guest has provided government ID.

However, having seen various threads recently about (mainly host) verification, I realise it's not quite as simple as that! For example, in my own case, my profile shows me green tick Verified and having provided government ID. But when I look at my Account page, under Personal Info, apparently I haven't provided government ID!

So, it's all a bit contradictory.
