My guest ask to cancel reservation and return whole money. How we can do it?
if your guest's plans changed and he wants to cancel then he can cancel and will be refunded according to your cancelation policy. You don't have to do anything.
If you cancel then you will be penalized with 50-100$ fine, you will not be eligible to super host status for a year, those dates will be blocked on your calendar, you will get an automated review that your canceled, your search ranking will suffer and your instant booking option will be turned off. Don't cancel!

Then definitely don't cancel for him @George671 . All the guest needs to do is go in and cancel the booking by hitting the cancellation button on his booking confirmation.
If your guests wants to change date, he can just go into his booking and send a request to you to change his dates (if you have these dates free).
If the guest cancel, Airbnb will then process any refund in line with your cancellation policy.
