Guest being offered the wrong price

Hi. Can anyone help? I have a guest wishing to make a booking. The price he is being offered is way lower than the price I've saved, about 30% lower. I've gone back in and reset them and turned of the smart pricing option. He still is getting the lower price. On my calander it all appears correct as I've set it. What's happening? Leo

@Leo13, the guest could have some travel credits which get automatically applied. Ask the guest if that's the case. If not it's definitely a flaw. Just ensure that the amount you'd get paid is showing right, and feel free to proceed with the booking.

Thanks Jeet. I don't think that is the problem because the amount I would be paid should include credits and it doesn't. I am being offered €474 when it should have been €700 (minus fees). Leo
