Guest booked for someone else

Hi guys,

I had my first guest show up today, except he was dropping off his father to stay in the room instead. He hadn't mentioned this in the booking - he actually said this location would be convenient for him because of XYZ. They wouldn't tell me where they are from, and left immediately afterwards to go put his (the father's) things in 'storage'. It all strikes me as a bit odd, especially as it's his first time. Any tips?

@Naomi24, this is against AirBnB rules as the person who is staying with you is not the AirBnB account holder and therefore has not been verified. I would report this to AirBnB (the UK number is 0203 318 1111) and see what they suggest which will probably be that the guest will need to leave and or the person booking will need to stay or cancel the booking. Don't you cancel it or you will be pernalised.
