My guest cancell same day that he supposed to arrive but he only sent a message trough Airbnb but he didn't cancelled properly the reservation, it shows active , what should I do ?
Guest did not cancel as Guest can only do that through the system, guest notfied you they will not be coming so nothing to do, you get paid without the work.
what David told you is right but it would be good to contact Airbnb and tell them that your guest didn't show up so they can label it as no show.
Otherwise this guest can leave you a review.... or something else
