Guest cancellled booking on date of check in in April 2017 still didn't get the payment until now
Hey guys, I had a booking back in April 2017 and the guests had cancelled the booking on the day of check out. I've checked and read that even the guests cancelled the booking that I still receive some of the payments, I had chosen the strickt cancellation policy. But I still didn't get the payment. It's still in the future payment section. How do I've to proceed to get this open payment
