Guest cancellled booking on date of check in in April 2017 still didn't get the payment until now

Hey guys, I had a booking back in April 2017 and the guests had cancelled the booking on the day of check out. I've checked and read that even the guests cancelled the booking that I still receive some of the payments, I had chosen the strickt cancellation policy. But I still didn't get the payment. It's still in the future payment section. How do I've to proceed to get this open payment

Regarding delayed payment issues, it is best for you to get in touch directly with Airbnb through email or phone call. 

 

They would be able to resolve it better. Don't delay it anymore.
