This website is terrible!

I have had an absolute TERRIBLE time setting up my airbnb account.

FIrst of all-if I need help I should be able to contact a staff member from airbnb-not waste any more of my time "browsing around the community" looking for help.You are charging me a service fee,but not actually providing any service!

Secondly-I have requested on 2 occasions for an airbnb staff member to contact me to help me and they haven't.

Thirdly-I have tried on many occasions to load my payment details so I can receive payment of my first booking,and the program won't accept my details.....it keeps coming up "Missing API config info".....what does that even mean?

Lastly-I need help with my reservation because when I sent my customer my special price it did not automatically include my cleaning fee and security deposit which I have quoted on my page and it appears as though I have now underquoted.Why bother asking me for this information if you don't include it in the quote?

 

I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @Janene2,

 

Did you try logging out, and logging back into the account? 

 

It might help. Another thing is, try not to access the site from any tablets or phones, they are just awful.
