I have had an absolute TERRIBLE time setting up my airbnb account.
FIrst of all-if I need help I should be able to contact a staff member from airbnb-not waste any more of my time "browsing around the community" looking for help.You are charging me a service fee,but not actually providing any service!
Secondly-I have requested on 2 occasions for an airbnb staff member to contact me to help me and they haven't.
Thirdly-I have tried on many occasions to load my payment details so I can receive payment of my first booking,and the program won't accept my details.....it keeps coming up "Missing API config info".....what does that even mean?
Lastly-I need help with my reservation because when I sent my customer my special price it did not automatically include my cleaning fee and security deposit which I have quoted on my page and it appears as though I have now underquoted.Why bother asking me for this information if you don't include it in the quote?
