The guest Book and paid for 2 rooms for 6 nights, 2 months ahead of time. Then cancel 2 days before because they didnt read the title and description and thought their booking for the entire house when it is clearly says private room.
Now that they cancel my 6 nights were all open and didn't get any money at all as my cancellation policy is set to flexible.
Since i am new to hosting I didnt realize that it could actually happen and I have to fill the dates again. I think its a bit of a short notice to cancel a 6 nights booking and to think you wont get that money back is unfair to us hosts.
What do you guys think about this concern? I suggest airbnb has special conditions on cacellation of bookings that have been booked 1-2 months before!?
