Guest change request includes cleaning fee?

I have a guest that requested a reservation alteration, we added 2 days to her stay. The alteration/change request included an additional cleaning fee? It also charged a servie fee on total with cleaning fee. So when I corrected the aleration request to remove the cleaning fee it still charged the seervice fee on the total including the cleaning fee.

Is there some way to change a reservation of an existing guest that has already paid the cleaning fee and just wants to add extra days. I swear I have done this before, it appears the process online has changed and now is adding cleaning fee on any change?
