Guest leaves after checking in

The booked the night before and say they'll arrived at 1 pm, actually they arrived at 9 pm, checked in, say they were going to have dinner somewhere and then came back, said they found some friends and that they are going to stay with them instead and leave, never cancelled or say anything bad about the house, the just left 

should I refound? What's should I do? It's the first time this happens to me.

Why would you refund? You can not force guests to stay .

Do nothing, @Barbara639.  As long as all messaging is on the Air BNB system, no refund should be given.

@Barbara639 Personally I wouldn't refund as you can't rent the room to someone else at this late stage. Your efforts would not be rewarded if you refund the guest.
