Hello, I just recently started hosting in December. Everything went very well. However I have a guest coming at the end of March and the pay out that I am receiving is much less than what the guest paid. Usually the two amounts are the same the guest wondered why they had to pay $173 more than what I had initially told them. Thank you. Patty
I've just had a situation where a guest wanted to know the breakdown after extending her stay.
The guest must go to trips (top right), and select either upcoming trips or past trips. From there they can read their review, if past, they can view trip details (itinerary) or view receipt. There is also a drop down menue where they can view guest invoice.
