Sometimes there's glitches in systems that cause these issues to arise.
If you look on your Hosting Dashboard there's a link to your Transaction settings & Host details - it will have your bank account details in there.
You may like to read the Help section and use related keywords here in CC to look for the other information you require - there have been IT glitches, make sure your account has not been compromised in any way - reset your settings if necessary in your Dashboard.
I recently had a guest stay who now lives in NZ from the UK & he had tried to pay and it took several times.
He tried to pay with NZ money from a NZ account & it eventually went through as British currency...
There's some odd things that go on!
