Hi
A guest has now had three attempts at paying but is having genuine issues.
The latest message from her is as follows;
I just tried to make the payment and it said:
"Let's try again
The collection of the payment could not be processed". I've tried through " (Hidden by Airbnb) " as well but it couldn't be possible. I don't know what I can do more.
What can I recommend she does to complete the reservation?
