Guest's payment won't go through

need help please... i have a guest from lesotho , we are living in south africa... her payment wont go through...  have tried  to contact her but i have sat for a week with this problem and dont know who to turn to for help..

I have seen that you posted this a month ago - did your guest's payment details work in the end? I hope you got it resolved.
