I am new and really confused.  I turned smart pricing off. I have set $82/night with $109 on Friday and Saturday.

Today I got a reservation (which I accepted) for 12 nights at $82. This time span contained two weekends or 4 nights at the higher price.  This wasn't reflected in the price that was quoted to the guests.  What happened?

12 days:  4x$109  and 8x$89 = $1,148

x 8% discount for reservation over 7 days = $1056

= $88/day minus Airbnb fees and taxes 

Looks right-ish

Do you know what might be wrong? I came to an agreement on a monthly rate with a host, but on the special offer page it shows a much higher number. Do you know if there is some other calculation on the host's side that might be causing the difference that I see?
