Guest is cooking with loud music at 2am in the morning at one of our listing and we requested them but they don't want to listen. Unfortunately they have two bookings one is for one night and other is for three nights. We need help to atleast cancel the next booking without penalty. This is one of the rare case when we have such guest. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I called them right away. The guest was knocking on door and has send illogical messages. She will write a bad review too. Pretty disappointed with Airbnb today. I am unable to cancel the booking right away although airbnb says if guest break rules we can cancel. It was instant booking.
Well I presume your guest is breaking your house rules by cooking and playing loud music at 2.00 a.m. in the morning (you do have rules don't you to cover this sort of thing).
If so, contact BNB again and ask them to remove the guest.
