Guest who is himself a Host on AirB&B requesting a rediculous offer of $200 total not $760.

This guest who lives in London and is himself a host on Airb&b made a request to stay at my beautiful property which is clearly shown as $450.00 for two guests and $55.00 per additional guest, $100.00 cleaning fee, Airb&b fees and he actually offered me $200.00 Total for four guests for one night in Paso Robles.

That adds to the fact if you decline several requests your listing is lowered.  Unfair and unjust and outrageous!

@Roberta302 he can't book for less than your listed price. Don't decline; accept his inquiry/request to book, at your listed price. He can take it or leave it.

I too, just yesterday, had someone ask me to drop my price to "around $70 total will all taxes and fees." I wished them luck in finding a place that was more suited for their budget. No response.

You do not need to pre-approve or decline an inquiry. You can simply reply, roll your eyes, and move on to the guests who actually pay and appreciate.
