I can not bring you guests....but looked at your 2 listings. They seem almost identical. Each says 2 guests, but it mentions 4 + 2 persons sleeping facilities. None of the listings shows pictures of the room, only pictures of the common spaces.I think the listings need some tuning, as guest can not see how the bedroom looks like.

And how do you manage sleeping facilities for 2 different bookings, as there seems to be only 1 bedroom ?

I just joined today and I'm planning to take professional photos of the bedroom and common rooms. I will update the photos. 

About the bedroom it's one but with two beds inside. 

A couple or Close  friends can share the room.

It's also available for booking one person.
