Guests damaging Airbnb in CS, Colorado

Looking for other Airbnb Hosts in Colorado Springs that leased their place to Holly and Eric Higgins, brother and sister that required  managed care from care givers.

Time frame:  any time from early January 2020 through now.

I was informed on the day of their departure that Eric had damaged other Airbnb property's prior to his stay at my place from early April through the first part of July. Holly and Eric's care management team (Care Manager Kristen) have booked them knowingly that damages had  occurred at other Airbnb's and not using percussion in preventing it from happening again.

Please respond if you or if you know of other Airbnb's that experienced this .

I am sorry to hear about what happened to you, it is horrible to insure damages to your home. I am not sure what you hope to accomplish in finding other potential hosts that may have had these individuals stay with them.

While you likely already know, third party booking are not allowed, and you should not accept them. When problems occur as a result of unregistered guests, it is harder to resolve. Did you attempt to make any claims for the damages they caused?

Sorry if I made it sound like a third-party booking.  The guests Care Manager did the inquiry than created a new profile for the guests to use so that their past Airbnb stays And reviews where not accessible to the other Airbnb hosts. Because of this, the Hosts are flying blind on what has transpired at the other Airbnb's homes that they've stayed.

The Care Manager is being deceitful and dishonest. The guests are now  Occupying Another Airbnb home and the host doesn't have any idea of what's happened in the past. I only know about whats happened because the guests Care staff Manager come to my home shorty after the damage had occurred at my place and he talked about two other Airbnb's and what was done at those locations.

Sorry to hear what happened and that Airbnb aren’t responding to your claim.

Can future hosts not see the honest review of these guests to warn them ? @Lisa768

No their not able to see any reviews because the profile was changed.  I believe "They" are changing the profile each time they need to book another place.

I've not receive any payment from Airbnb at this time.  I have reached out to them multiple times. not once was I told to go the Resolution center and file a claim. Just received a call to night 2 days past the 30 day cutoff!  Now that's very frustrating. Was told they want to treat me fair. I'm very interested to see if they are going to extend that time and allow me to file.

@Jennifer1897  The Care manager must have a superior that they work under? Perhaps you could go up the ladder and report that this manager is doing something very unethical that is putting hosts and their homes in unsafe situations.

@Lisa768 You could send messages (booking inquiries) to similar homes in the area you suspect these people rented in. Of would there be too many?

I will give it a try! Thanks for the suggestion!
