Guests lost the only back door keys - new locks needed

I had awful guests last week. The place was left in an awful state for the cleaners however the guests have lost/taken the only back door key (school-boy error not having a spare).  I have contacted the main guest who just laughed.  I need to replace the door lock now.  Can I claim for this from Airbnb?

@Debbie995hopefully your conversation was through Airbnb messages for proof and before the next guest checked-in.

Of course you can ask for money,  just follow the proper procedure explained here
