the guest boked for one night on 30.12.2017 and confirmed 4-5 days ago, when I requested arrival time, she tells me that she comes on 31.12.2017. On that day  my apartment is fully booked! what's to do now? the guest did not arrive the time she booked! Do I get payment?

Let them know of the mistake as soon as possible. A noshow is not a cancellation. I have people checkin and then within a few minutes advise that they can not stay as they need to attend to matters in another town. Nothing to do with the accomodation or anything. Payment was still made as they had not cancelled in time.

Request a call from airbnb using this link for free. Explain them the situation and they will take care of it. It's  guest's mistake about thr date. You do not owe any favour.
