HELP IN BRAZIL

I am actually looking for Clare, she has been so helpful. I am in Brazil as I mentioned in another posting. I was given a phone number in Brazil to contact Airbb, in case I need it. However, phone calls in Brazil are not as cheap as they are in other countries, is outrageously expensive any little call you make from one area code to another. Another problem for me is, I feel more comfortable communicating in English. I have not ran into any trouble or serious questions right now, but I am hoping I can deal directly with the main admin. not be depending solely on the local satelite for Airbnb. What are my options if the local Brazilian office for Airbb cannot help me? thank you!

You can ask questions here, contact BNB  via social media, or call any of offices - but obviously the calls will be more expensive for you and they make refer you back to the Brazil office.

Are you using Skype or similar to make your calls?

@Helen0, hi helen, sorry for my delayed response. No my skype does not work where I am, tried every thing, am in a valley of a deep hill, like a huge fall , and down here for some reason the sype is bad...lots of interference.  If a situation arises and I have to contact airbnb, I probably will use this community help and take appropriate steps accordingly. Well you have the Community Center here and there is lots of amazing tips and a group of great people to share your thoughts with - so I highly recommend it! 🙂 Plus, you could also try the social media routes. This said, hopefully you won't need to contact the Support Team too much though. 

Also, I know you mentioned you would prefer to speak English, but just so you are aware there is a Portuguese/Brazilian speaking Community Center too.
