There's nothing for you to do to work it out from there.
Depending on the method you chose it can take a few business days for the status to change to "Ready". Airbnb usually deposits a small amount to the count to check that the transaction was accepted. If it's accepted then it takes a further few days for Airbnb to activate the account on their systems.
If it says "Pending" for more than 5 business days then you could contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.
Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
