@Ber2  Host payments are released approximately 24 hours after the guest has checked in.  If it has been longer than that, you will need to Contact Airbnb directly using one of the methods in the link.

@Cynthia-and-Chris1 have made a valid point about when payouts are released. How long it then takes after the 24hours depends on your payout method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payout process works and how you can check your payout status. 

I just wanted to let you know that this is a peer-to-peer forum for hosts, it is not monitored by Airbnb, so unfortunately no one here can look into this issue for you. You will need to contact Airbnb directly if you still haven't received the payout and it's been several days. You can use the link posted above to find ways to contact them.
