Haven't received my refund

Hi

I'm new to this system. I recently had to cancil a reservation. I sent a message to both this site and my host. I was informed that a refund was on the way and that it would show up in my account soon.

 

As of now nothing is here. It's been a few weeks now. I was told that the refund would show up today. And how much it would be,so again what happened? 

 

Airbnb and the host worked on this. Any ideas? Again it was Airbnb that said I had a refund on the way.
