@Natalie566 yes they have paid, on Airbnb guests pay as soon as they book. Airbnb holds the payment and they release the money to you 24h after the guest checks in. You need to set up a payout method, follow the instructions on the link below.https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1342/how-do-i-set-up-a-payout-method

Also the Airbnb website has a lot of information about how the platform works, you should read everything before even listing your place.
