I'm Cindy,

I am interested in sending a potential guest some additional photos,  and have tried giving them a discount on their possible booking. I have tried putting this offer through at least 3 times without success.  Once via 'reply' through the received email,  and also through the dashboard, all without success. 

The return response received was, 'delivery permanently failed'.

Have anyone had any positive experience with this problem?

You cannot send photos via the Airbnb email system.  If they are a potential guest, you need to send a special offer.  If you are getting an error for that, log a system bug here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback
