I just want to ask what happened when guest paid for 5 but arrive 6 person?also they left big mess in apartment.do I need to send pictures or what to do?thanks a lot.Natasa

You can involve Airbnb and raise a complaint against the case at that point provide a overview of your concerns plus pictures and Airbnb will try and solve things and if need be they will escalate to resolution centre where Airbnb make the final decision 😉
