@Kabera0 Not sure what you mean here. Can you be more specific? You received a booking from a guest, but haven't received a message from them?

 

You might be better off calling Airbnb for support if the reservation is due to start today.

@Kabera0  What you posted is an Inquiry message, not a confirmed booking. Inquiry messages are just a way for guests to ask hosts questions and they have to put in dates to send an inquiry. This person just put in random dates- they are asking to view your property, not book it.

Don't let them preview the property or give them your phone number- this is a security risk for hosts and is often used by guests to try to make a side deal outside of Airbnb. Respond to the Inquiry- "Hi Dora, I do not allow guests to preview the property. That is what the photos on the listing are for- so guests can see the space. Nor do I give out personal information, like my phone number, until a booking is confirmed. Thank you for your interest".
