Hi, I need help, please. I have a booking for this weekend that I cant host and I can't cancel the booking. The website says - error cant cancel the booking. go to the website or contact the help centre.
I have made contact with the guest and he is already looking for alternative accommodation but I don't know how to get his money back as I have not received it yet. He does not want to cancel as there will be charges involved. How do I fix this
