Help!! How to complain about a guest?

Hi Airbnb community, I am almost new hosting, just had four guest so far. All were good experiences until now- I am furious.
I rented my apartment and told the guest to drop the keys on reception because on the last day I couldn’t be able to take them back. He was very communicative and kind, and he was grateful for me to rent last minute and even leaving him the keys.
It was two days ago and I just got back to town. I had already written a review when I was confirmed the guest dropped the keys and he wrote a good reference. I thought ‘nothing can go wrong’.
When I opened the door the studio was invaded with a strong smell, and it was a mess.
The bed sheets were on the floor, as well as the towels, dirty, the oven was covered in cheese, the windows of a fourteenth floor were open (and it rains plenty here!) and there was a PIZZA BOX with everything inside over the fridge. The garbage bin was full of different things.
He didn’t understand that this is not a hotel, I don’t know. I had to take the day to clean up all this mess, and this was the worst experience even I was really kind to him. I really want to do something for the other hosts to know his behaviour, how can I change my review? Or report this guest to Airbnb?

Never never leave a review until you or you cleaning service has seen the house. Sometimes even our cleaning people will not notice everything and the next guest informs us of something that was ruined by the previous guest. Some of it is the cost of doing business so we have added that to the pricing.

Oh, no! Yep, nothing you can do now. We can sit and wait up to 14 days so best to wait and see for yourself before sending a review.  We've had over 4,000 guests I think and very few leave messes. It'll get better!

I wanted to complain about the guest (my 3rd guest so far) who has just left my property (it's a lovely - newly decorated -  self contained apartement in the basement of my home). This guy called ** from Turkey, who of course thought the place was beautiful, has just left this morning, after a 6 night stay. He was very quiet, so I thought he wasn't really using the place much, but he has left candle wax and waxy handprints on my newly painted bedroom walls and new bed sheets, and I can't get it off; the luxury shower unit has turned from white to black, and the floor soaking wet; every dish was used, and not even a teaspoon of it was washed; the curtains were pulled down in the livingroom/kitchen area; the sofa is totally stained; and there was rubbish left all over the kitchen and in the fridge, plus all the lights were left on, and it was bright and sunny morning here in the North of Ireland!!! I'm new to AirBnB, so am afraid to review him negatively for fear that he will give me a bad review - any advice on this?

@Maura50 Do an honest review. He can not see your review until both of the reviews are in or 14 days has pasted since his stay if he didn't write one, then yours will post. It's important for us hosts to honestly review guests to help other hosts avoid the issues we had.

Thank you Letita, I have completed a very honest review of the guest, and have complained about him too ... trying to get money from him to cover damages, but so far haven't had any joy!!!
