Help! I can't change my pricing

Hi good people, I've managed my listings for 3 years and changed my pricing when need be however this time my new pricing is not saving (am I missing something?) the help centre doesn't not "help".

I can't find a way to contact Airbnb direct so I was hope another host may be able to help please.

@Larraine0  There are many, many discussion threads about prices chaning or not changing.  Seems that sometimes it is the device app at fault, sometimes it is a system glitch, sometimes you have to make the change a couple of times for it to stick.  I can't imagine you have hosted for 3 years and never had to call Air BNB!  You must be doing something right:)

We have our B n B listed on other sites too, most I have had to contact about various things, if I had to contact Airbnb at all it may have been in the beginning (if it was them it seemed easier to just phone them, so if it's never been that easy this is the first time, there doesn't seem to be anything i could find to do so, so you advise is very welcome on that point alone)

AS for the help I needed, would you believe that I was changing my price but not pushing the "enter" to save it (Which I have just found-rolling eyes!)

When I have time I'm going to take another good look around the sight to see how a host gains levels?

Love it, @Larraine0.  Sometimes it is the little details that hang us up.  As to the levels you see by a host name, it just reflects how many posts a host has done.  When I started reading the discussion threads on this host forum, I immediately empathized with the confused host so I tried to help.  I also learned a great deal from the other hosts.  So I have made it a daily activity of mine to spend a little time posting where I can.
