Help! Server error prevented booking but account debited

I went the process of finding a place and making a booking. I entered my card details and when I clicked confirm booking was told a server error prevented my booking from being confirmed. The booking was not confirmed but my account debited. I now don’t have a booking but my card has been debited.

I would make a screen shot of my bank statement and contact Airbnb. They should resolve it.
