Help becoming a host in South Dakota

I am looking for someone that can help answer a few questions and help me out with my very first listing. I have a cabin in South Dakota that I want to turn into an Airbnb. I have looked into everything that I need to do first and I am working on the South Dakota VHR application. It is asking me for a few things that I am not 100% sure what they are or how to get this for the application. Is there someone who can help answer a few questions for me so that I can get started on my Airbnb journey?

They are asking for 

"Site plan depicting the layout of the property, including all existing and proposed structures with setbacks, wells, and/or water lines, on-site wastewater treatment system and/or sanitary sewer lines, and on-site parking"

"An interior diagram/plan of the VHR"

"Copy of covenants, if applicable"

I am sure these are probably standard requirements, but I am 100% new at this time so I am not sure what they are exactly needing or how to get these things for them.

Why don't you see if there is a local host group in your area @Ryan2874  and ask there. We are an international community so won't be familiar with any local STR regulations in your area.
