So i have just joined this site and i have used Holiday lettings for 3 years so im aware of how it works but what i cant get my head around is the enquiries dont show all the details.
It doesnt show me how much damages deposit they have taken , i want to make sure this is the right amount as its a larger group but i cant find any confirmation anywhere of how much they have charged the customer,
can anyone advise me.

@Robyn53 they won't have actually charged the guest which is why it's not shown, they will just have blocked off the amount you specified in your listing from the guest's card. If you need to make a claim on it you need to do so within 24 hours of the guest's departure.
In USD it is showing as $313 and it is not taken.
That's one reason it's easier to get bookings with airbnb, because the guest doesn't have to cash out the deposit.
On the other hand, it's a longer process to get identified as a airbnb user.
