Help with availability settings and min max stays

HI - Can anyone help - wish to let for 2 or 3 night arrivals Friday and sat only  - ie - Fri - Mon or Fri to Sun or Sat - Mon.

I have put min stay 2 nights, max stay 3 nights and unblocked the calendar Fri, Sat and Sun.  When in preview all I can get is 2 night on the search function - wont allow the 3 nighter. Am I doing something wtong or need to change other settings.  Thanks. Simon

No need to set the max. stay, if you only make 3 joining nights available, nobody can book more then 3 nights anyway. 

But sometimes a setting is required to have the listing working properly , so set it to 4 or 5... and see what happens in the booking form

Many thanks for the advice - you are correct - just need to set it more than 3 - not sure why it made a difference but it has.  Made my evening!
