Please help or who do we report this matter.

Our keys were not returned by our guests.

The booker is [Personal information hidden] and he is not the one who used the unit he just booked it.

You might want to just change the locks... and report the account to Airbnb.

If someone turns up who hasn't booked. You call Airbnb and get them to cancel the booking. Why did you let them stay?

Contact the person who booked and let them know if the keys aren't returned today, you will need to get the locks changed and charge them through the resolution centre for the cost of doing so.
