Hi, I'm hosting to pitch your tent in my 5-acre lot.

How can I have the calendar indicate a night is open when someone has booked that night. I have plenty of space and want more than one tent space to be used? thank you for suggestions on this...

If you need to do so do add a new listing and picture for each space describing the amenities.

thanks Nannette!

You need a separate listing for each tent

thank you Maya;-)

Hi @Kristine17,

You would need to supply the tents as well.

I have looked around the FAQs, but I don't see why she has to supply the tents. She is clear that it is space for a bring-your-own tent. Is there a rule about that? I would love to know, since people bring tents to my space sometimes too. Thanks!

@Lawrene0  You are absolutely correct. IF her listing is truly clear that folks need to supply their own tents, then she is good to go.  Its not madatory to supply a tent at all.  But many hosts are not very clear in their listing,  so maybe @ Dave & Debbie thought she wasn't clear about this.  Interesting listing lol   I am curious.....does EVERYONE all share an outside port a potty for bathroom facilities too?  I would want to know more about that issue.....hahahaha  Aloha, Momi - Superhost in Hawaii #LiveAloha

Thanks, @Momi0. Most tenters prefer their own tent. Only one guest has ever asked me to supply one for them. (Which I did.) @Dave-and-Deb0 had me searching like mad. I still would not mind hearing their reasoning for the answer. It might be helpful to both me and @Kristine17, as we are dealing with a different sort of guest than the usual.

No worries about your issue. "Everyone" is never more than four, and all of the same family or group of friends. It all happens as in any other backcountry hiking or camping spot. You have a lovely listing, I see. Much more civilized 🙂

Appreciate the reply!

Thanks Lawrence; I decided to make a second separate listing so can get more tenters on popular dates when there are events in town! Kristine
