Hi, wonder how my complaint is taken care of ?

a guest really messad up my home and i want to be compenseated please

If they left a mess and you need more than usual time to clean then, I am afraid, you will not be compensated

If they stained the mattress, sofa or upholstered furniture and you have to pay dry cleaning service then you can file a damage claim if you have pictures and an estimate or the receipt for dry cleaning

If they damaged something, then again, you have to take pictures, have receipts for those items when you purchased them or the link or the receipt for the same, new product

 

Damage claim should be filed before your next guests check in
