Property access information not being received by my guests

Why are my guests not receiving property access and key code information?

How long until they arrive?

Recently airbnb changed the infor they provide guests ( without bothering to tell the hosts)

any info re keycodes, address is now not made availabe to the guest unitl a couple of days before check in. This supposedely is for privacy for the host ( some guests would book months in advance, gain access to the keycode and address and then cancel....)

@Dudley-0 ,  it is never a good idea to better depend solely on the automatic system through Airbnb. No later than the day your guests are due to arrive, I would suggest that you send them the check in information yourself. You can send them, if you have set it up, the link to the check in instructions. But I would suggest you also send an independent message with their information. You can set it up in your saved messages and just add the code when you send it. Good luck!
