I've made a reservation twice and have two pending holding deposits - niether of which are valid due to your inability to complete. My experience with Air BNB is terrible thus far. Your system has failed me. I really want the two holding deposits cancelled immediately and reversed back into my account.
Your system is not user friendly as far as any sort of help goes. This seems to be the only platform where anything can be submitted. If you go to resolutions, it gives you two options. Request or send money. Clicking on either produces a "you can't do this" result. Nowhere else to go and feeling very very frustrated...
