Homeowners' Insurance - Help!

Hi

My wife and I live in Maryland and have recently been approved to buy a small lakeside cottage in Pennsylvania. We want to use the cottage for our use a few weeks a year and AirBnB it when we're not there. We close on the cottage in late May and obviously need homeowners insurance before we close but we're having trouble finding an insurance company that will cover us in the Edinboro area, knowing that it will be used as a home-sharing property. It's like no one there has ever done this before, which seems odd since there are AirBnB's all over the area. Can anyone advise on what you've done? This seems to be harder than it sould be.
