Up until now, the longest stay has been 4 nights.
The place is cleaned up and all of the linens are fresh.
We also put out some toiletries and some snacks and breakfast goodies.
We now have a guest that has bookd for 2 weeks.
They have the whole house and there is a washer/dryer as well as laundry supplies.
Should we be changing the linens and cleaning during this time?
We let them know what services we offer for longer stays when they inquire or request to book (we don't have Instant Booking.) I tell them that the camper will be ready for them to occupy, that initial supplies of coffee, tea, breakfast foods etc are provided and that refills/renewals are up to them. We don't provide more food and drink until they leave. There is usually enough for a three day stay for two people, beyond that no more until they check out. If they want clean sheets or towels they can change the bed themselves as often as they wish (linens in the closet over the bed) and message us to remove the old ones. There are trash and recycle bins next to the camper and we remove trash and recycling from there every Sunday night so our guests need to bring their discards outside and place in the bins. We provide a supply of smaller trash bags inside the camper. Basically, it is their home while they are there and they need to take care of it. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, fresh linens and towels are readily available for them.
I see an added value in long-term stays. I do not live on the premises, and checking guests in is always an extra bit of work for my Housekeeper, my remote hosts or myself.
I offer free house cleaning, the change of linen and towels for all the stays over one week. I factor this into my pricing, and the guests benefit, and I do, too. I do not want to think of my listing which has not been cleaned for say, 3 weeks, with guests possibly still using the same towels and the same linen.

I would most definitely do cleaning, not least to protect your property. Push the vac around, do a dust and wipe, all that stuff. Clean the bathroom. Otherwise dirt will build, and guests might say ''dirty house'' because it was, when they left...
It also gives you a chance to check in to make sure that things are in order. You just have to plan this with the guests in advance. I ask if they prefer that I clean when they are in or out, all (so far) say out, then they text on the agreed day when they head out so I can go in. Makes all the difference.
I say absolutely and you should build that into your price. I offer cleaning mid stay when someone books for 10 days or more. Put it this way, I dont want them NOT doing it and saying they will. Its a good idea all around and keeps your property clean and tidy.
From experience the guests dont do as good of a job than my cleaner or myself.
Peace of mind.
