My travel companion and I have tried a few times to contact Elisa, and she has not responded. We leave for Italy today and arrive tomorrow afternoon. After reading her most recent reiew where she was unavailable and the roooms were dirty etc we decided to cancel. I am hoping we can get a refund. We really did not want the stress of trying to find our host upon arriving. Thank you
