Hi,
I have petitioned my host for refund multiple times and she insists she is not at fault for delaying as Airbnb should refund without her involvement.
They canceled an instant book for a full week after all paid stating my reviews being not to their standard. In return I insisted a full refund and got the following:
"you better try whatever you'd like to get that."
Please can I get help urgently?

As a host yourself @Skye27 you will know that she is right. Particularly as you cancelled your own bookings you will know how it works.
Why aren't you chasing Airbnb as they have your money not the host.
