Okay so I am supposed to board a plane to Orlando tomorrow. I messaged my AIRBNB host through the site yesterday morning to get some final details. No response.
This morning I tried sending the message to her with the email listed on my itenerary. No response.
I tried texting her at the number listed on her airbnb. No response.
On the airbnb website she has great reviews. However once I viewed those reviews using the app, the "automated messages" for her cancelling reservations 1 day before are rampant. I sat on hold with AirBNB for 12 min before finally giving up on getting a live person.
I'm really nervous she is going to cancel on me and I can't exactly fly out tomorrow with no where to stay. Most of the hotels in the area will be booked since there's a huge event in Orlando going on this weekend. What do I do?

Thank you! I found an alternate phone number for her after some digging and for now she is responding to that thank goodness.
Make sure you also message the host via Airbnb messaging, so there is a record that you have been trying to reach her, in case of any issues.
