I wanted to give a discount to a guest, but after he sent the booking request, the "send offer" button disappeared. So, I use the alteration tool to send a price change. It says the request is pending and I will be notified, but has no mention of how long it will take. Any idea how long it takes and if the guest is informed? My guest arrives tomorrow. My understanding is that the guest receives it immediately but you have to wait for the response.
